Cancellation Policy

Life happens! All we ask is that you please give us at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide 48 hours notice for a cancellation will result in forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will need to be made in order to make a new appointment. If you are to "no call, no show" it will result in a charge of the full service amount at the time of your missed service. If cancelling or rescheduling prior to the 48 hour limit, your deposit will be refunded or follow you to your new appointment date/time and is always counted towards the total cost of service(s).
